Draft status
Anonymous sector article draft. The client’s identity is intentionally omitted. The approach below is a proposed editorial framework, not a claim about completed work. Add the actual engagement details and verified results before converting this into a case study.
The commercial challenge
A career fair connects jobseekers with employers, but an online registration is only one step in that journey. A useful campaign story should distinguish people who express interest, people who register and people who attend. The actual organiser, event edition and campaign scale remain confidential.
Start with the right audience
An article can explain how different career stages shape the message: graduates, experienced candidates and people exploring a change may need different reasons to attend. The eventual case study should specify which audiences were actually targeted and why, without exposing the client’s identity.
Connect the registration journey
A proposed structure follows the advertisement, event information, registration form and confirmation. Clear logistics and relevant reminders may help someone act on their intention. When documenting the real work, show the changes made to those steps and the decisions behind them.
Measure attendance, not just form fills
Report unique valid registrations, cost per registration, registration-to-attendance rate and cost per attendee where check-in data exists. Remove duplicates and explain whether attendance was matched to campaign registrations. Do not describe registrations as job placements or hires.
Case-study evidence to add
Add the campaign dates, audience, channels, budget or an approved range, creative examples, registration flow, reminder sequence and verified check-in results. Use anonymised screenshots and an agreed descriptor such as “a Malaysian career fair”. Omit distinctive dates or figures if they could identify the client.
Research basis
Public Malaysian career-fair material was reviewed for sector context only. No organiser from that research is identified as the client. Campaign activity, outcomes and testimonials remain to be supplied.
