This notice explains how Digital Seed handles information submitted through this website.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the contact details and business information you provide, including your growth goals, challenges, revenue range, marketing budget and current tools.

How we use it

We use these details to assess your enquiry, prepare for a discussion and contact you to arrange a call. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Optional AI chat

When you choose to start an AI conversation, your chat messages are sent to OpenAI to generate replies. Please avoid sensitive information. We request that API responses are not stored for later retrieval; OpenAI may retain data under its own service and abuse-monitoring policies. AI replies can be inaccurate and do not confirm a booking, quotation or agreement.

Contact fields in the separate enquiry form are not sent to the AI. Your chat stays in browser memory until you leave or reload. When you submit an enquiry, only your reviewed brief and form details are saved for our team. We use limited request counters to protect the service from abuse.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored on our hosting infrastructure and accessed through our protected management area. We use GitHub for website source code and Railway to host this website. Enquiry records are not stored in the source repository.

Your choices

To request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, contact admin@digitalseed.my. Please avoid submitting passwords, payment details or sensitive personal records through the form.

Cookies

The management area uses an essential sign-in cookie. The public enquiry form does not require an account.
